1. Refund eligibility:
   We offer refunds for products that are in new and unused condition, with original packaging and all tags and labels intact. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased on sale or during a promotional offer.
2. Timeframe for refunds:
   You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. The refund will be made to the original payment method.
3. Refund process:
   To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@schneiderdirect.com. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. You must include the RMA number and a copy of the purchase receipt with the returned product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to return the product. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund.
4. Refund amount:
   The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product, less any applicable shipping and handling fees, and restocking fees if applicable.
5. Damaged or defective products:
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product. We will cover the shipping cost for returning the damaged or defective product, and we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your request.
